South Wales Catering and Event Hire are delighted to deliver event hire and wedding hire to venues across Cardiff, Swansea and the South Wales region including to St Donat’s Castle.

To find out exactly how much it would cost to deliver to you, simply put your delivery postcode into the checkout screen along with the dates for delivery and collection and our automated system will calculate transport costs for you.

Our drivers will contact you between 30 and 60 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that they are on their way.

With stunning sea views and lush green gardens, St Donat’s Castle is in an idyllic location and offers a romantic backdrop to your wedding day. Although this venue is situated on the stunning South Wales coastline, it is only a 40-minute drive from central Cardiff and 1 hour from Swansea. When you book your special day at St Donat’s Castle you are guaranteed to be the only wedding using the venue that day and allows you access to the beautiful Tudor gardens and sea front for those incredible photos. The Bradenstoke Hall can accommodate up to 160 guests for a wedding breakfast and 200 in the evening, with the Inner Courtyard licenced for an outdoor ceremony. St Donat’s Castle also has an on-site Church which can accommodate up to 110 guests, and radiates character and charm.

Like all of our glass hire, our flutes are individually checked and cleaned before being packed in special packing crates prior to delivery to you.
