How can we help event organisers with event hire?
If you’re a professional event organiser, chances are you’ve got a lot of experience and you know exactly what you’re doing. You don’t need your hand holding while you’re planning your space and you know the products you need.
With this in mind, we’ve made it easy for you to search our website for the furniture and equipment you need. You can either browse the categories via the menu or use our search function if you know exactly what you need. Add stock to your cart to build up your order, and then complete the checkout process to book everything in.
What happens if we need help with setup and delivery?
For most customers, our job is simply to deliver and collect event hire, without any further interaction. However, we understand that some event organisers require a little bit more from us as an event hire company.
As our drivers are multiple drop drivers delivering and collecting many orders per day, we have to make their schedules as efficient and as economic as possible. This means we can only offer timed deliveries and collections subject to a surcharge and availability. We can also help set up events, but again this will incur an additional fee.
