These 600mm deep prep tables offer an incredibly sturdy, reliable preparation surface which is highly resilient to pressure and easy to clean. Featuring a 430 stainless steel construction and reinforced steel legs, these prep tables are built to cope with the demands of a busy commercial kitchen, and to allow access for several kitchen staff at once.
Do I need to return this item clean after I've hired it?
Are concerned about a mountain of washing up the day after your event? Does the thought of scrubbing kitchen accessories like pots and pans get you down? We know how hard a job it is, and with this in mind we offer a "send it back dirty" option so you don't have to worry.
Our "send it back dirty" service costs 25% of the hire price and can be selected in the checkout. With this service added to your order, all we ask you to is to make sure any food debris or liquids are removed from your kitchen accessories before you repack them for collection. We'll sort the rest.
How does delivery of kitchen accessory hire items work?
There is no need to be surprised by delivery and collection charges before you check out. Tap the Expo Hire South Wales logo from anywhere on the website to be taken to the homepage where you will find our carriage calculator. Tap the button to take you to the calculator page and enter your postcode to not only find out the cost of delivery and collection to your venue, but also which of our websites is closest to you. This way you do not need to worry you are paying any more than you should.
We’ve also listed every possible extra charge on the carriage calculator page. If applicable, these charges are confirmed in the checkout once you have confirmed your delivery dates and address and are itemised in full so that there are no nasty surprises.
What is the price including VAT?
This item is subject to 20% VAT and therefore you will pay
each for a standard 3 day hire at checkout.
As primarily a
business-to-business supplier we advertise our prices ex-VAT as
most businesses will be able to
reclaim the VAT amount.
Do you offer discounts for if the item is hired for less than 3 Days?
No. We recommend a minimum hire period of 3 days to provide
enough time for set-up and break-down of your event, and to make sure that problems such as traffic or
adverse weather conditions do not impact on your event. If you want to hire for a shorter period than this
then we cannot offer a discount.
Do you offer discounts for Long Term Hire?
Yes, after the standard hire perion of 3 Days you will be charged
£4.00 per extra day up to day 7,
£3.00 per extra day up to day 28
and £2.00 per extra day after that.
How much security deposit do you charge?
Nothing! Unlike most of our competitors, rather than charging a large
deposit, we provide a FREE 'minor deposit waiver' scheme to
cover minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage and
loss will be invoiced at 10 times the standard hire price of

How much do you charge for delivery?
There is a minimum charge of £20.00 for a distance up to 10 miles each way.
After that we charge £1.00 per mile each way
and an additional £20.00 for each journey on a weekend or bank holiday.
We calculate the distance using driving directions from our local base to your event postcode, so it is important that you provide the correct delivery address at checkout.
