It doesn’t really matter if you’re exhibiting at Celtic Manor or a local trade show, as a company it’s important for you to get your exhibition hire right. We know how important first impressions are, and we want you to get the best possible result when meeting potential customers, partners and suppliers.

Display cabinet hire is a case in point. Our experience of exhibition furniture hire means that we have built a range of display cabinet hire to meet all budgets and footprints, whether big and small. All feature LED lights and there are even cabinets with lockable storage areas for retailers.

Seating options are also important. We understand that there can be massively varying requirements dependent on space and budget and we’ve built an exhibition furniture hire offering to match. If your space or budget has little room for manoeuvre then our poseur tables and bar stools make for a great contemporary meeting space; for those with more wiggle room then we have everything up to Chesterfield sofas in bright colours to match your stand aesthetic.

What do I need to know to get the best from my exhibition hire?

When looking for exhibition hire, there are a few things that you need to have in your mind so that you order the right things. Firstly, what size is your stand? Having a plan of your floorspace can help you understand how much you can fit into it and how it will look. We’ve included dimensions of all our exhibition furniture such as showcases and display cabinets to help you understand how they will work for you.

We pride ourselves on delivering equipment that is of good quality and condition at Expo Hire South Wales. To ensure these standards are met, we clean, inspect and PAT test all equipment prior to delivery. We can also provide evidence of this should you require it. it. All of our electrical products use a 3 pin UK plug, for compatibility. We advise that you check the limitations and requirements of your power supply, to ensure you do not overload the circuit.

What about delivery of exhibition hire?

We spent a lot of time every year delivering exhibition furniture and equipment to venues in Cardiff, Newport and the South Wales valleys. From small trade shows and product launches to large exhibitions, we know how important it is to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. If you enter your show name, hall number (if applicable) and stand number when checking out, we can deliver directly to your stand even if you aren’t present.

For customers exhibiting at ICC Wales on the Celtic Manor resort we have a fixed mileage carriage charge of £100. This charge includes time slots for set up and breakdown, so there is no need to worry about prompt arrival for the windows given by the venue. There is however a minimum order value of £500 for these orders.
