Brynmawr is a market town in Blaenau Gwent, South Wales. It lies just off the Heads of the Valleys road between Merthyr Tydfil and Abergavenny. The town is sometimes cited as the highest town in Wales due to being situated at 1,250 to 1,500 feet above sea level. The town sprung up after the development of the Nantyglo ironworks in the early 19th century, as housing was required for workers. Although the town was seen as a dormitory town, several above-ground ore deposits out of town were workedon, and a few underground levels were eventually dug beneath the town. In modern times the town is very much a dormitory town as local deposits have run out, but the high street is full of independently run shops.
We're proud to deliver event hire to venues throughout Brynmawr. Some of the products we can deliver to you include:
Linen hire is perfect for getting the details of your event right. No one wants to see a plain banqueting table at a wedding or banquet and adding linen can help furniture match colour themes. We don’t just rent linen out for those kinds of events either – there are all kinds of occasions where linen for hire can make a difference.
We offer linen in many different colours, shapes and sizes to try to match as many themes and table sizes as possible. This can make choosing linen a little bit daunting particularly for a first time hirer but it doesn’t have to be difficult.
Each piece of linen has its own product page where we list in the description the table sizes that particular piece of linen will fit. In addition to this, we also recommend linen sizes on our table pages to help you order both with confidence that they will work together.
Getting chair hire right is the difference between having comfy guests at your event or a sea of frowns. We deliver chair hire to venues throughout the Cardiff area for all kinds of events and occasions.
Conferences can be very important events for the people involved and the last thing any organiser would want to worry about is poor quality conference chairs. Our conference chairs for hire are designed to be both practical and comfortable to ensure the best possible result.
Another kind of event where guests will need comfortable chairs are weddings. Wedding receptions can be long affairs that go on into the night so having the right kind of banqueting chair hire is essential. We have lots of different styles at a price which is right to help you meet your budget.
Outdoor events can be the hardest of all to deal with. Outdoor chairs for hire need to not only be comfortable but able to handle London weather. Our samsonite folding chairs are great for large events needing hundreds of chairs while more intimate affairs can benefit from our aluminium and rattan ranges.
The taste of food cooked outside on a warm spring evening or lazy summer day is difficult to be beaten. While a private party can easily make do with a small bbq, we understand that our commercial customers need commercial barbecue hire.
The barbecues for hire we have in stock have been selected with large outdoor events in mind and can happily feed hundreds of guests. The Cinders barbecue is an industry standard barbecue which features two separate cooking areas, allowing for differing menus to be served at the same time without fear of cross-contamination. We also stock gas bottles and wrenches so customers can be sure they have everything they need to get going.
Putting together any kind of kitchen, commercial or temporary can be a stress. Getting the right oven hire is one of the big decisions to make as the wrong choice can be disastrous in some cases.
At Expo Hire South Wales we offer both LPG and electric ovens for hire; the choice of which is the right one to hire depends on the situation it is being hired into. Electric ovens for hire are the right choice for those events and kitchens which are indoors, where they can be used to bake, roast and grill food with ease. However, because electric ovens need large amounts of power they’re not at all suitable for use outdoors. The wattage required by electric ovens is far too much for temporary power supplies such as generators and extension leads and these will trip out easily while trying to use them with electric ovens. The correct choice for outdoor kitchens are LPG ovens like our six burner oven as they use LPG bottles to fuel the oven’s powerful burners. LPG ovens are not designed to be used indoors due to the lack of ventilation of exhaust fumes.
Having high quality stock has always been of importance to us and because of this we frequently replace our ovens with new ones. This is particularly important with ovens which are often the main workhorse of a kitchen and allows our customers to order from us with peace of mind.
